What is new in the MediaRefresh Release of eComStation 1.2

This page is intended to provide a detailed overview of the new features available in the latest version of eComStation 1.2R (also referred to as eComStation 1.2.1, or eComStation 1.2 Media Refresh)

Kernel is at level 14.103a - this supports Athlon64 processors

Installation on AMD Athlon64 is now possible

A maintenance desktop gets created, and is useable without corrupting the normal desktop

added setboot.exe replacement, which is parameter compatible, but doesn't corrupt 'alien' filesystems.
